My room was spacious and equipped with clean, comfy beds, which I appreciated after long days exploring. I did notice a few cleanliness issues, especially the bathroom, which needed more attention. The shower didn't heat up at times, making it uncomfortable after a long day. The lift was out of order, which was inconvenient for someone on the top floor. Improvements on the exterior would make a better first impression, as it felt dated and a bit run down. Despite these downsides, the staff's warmth and the breakfast quality nearly made up for the inconveniences.
